The National Association of Subrogation Professionals (NASP) is a growing nonprofit providing educational opportunities for 35,000 insurance professionals globally, ensuring they are well-trained to handle complex subrogation claims, ultimately contributing to safer products, better consumer protections, and improved outcomes for those affected by losses. As Education Coordinator for NASP, you will report to and work closely with the Education Manager to manage, oversee, and improve our portfolio of education programs and events.
In this role, you will manage the “Nuggets for Newbies” program, support the CSRP Certification process, and facilitate monthly webinars. You will own all scheduling, communication, monitoring, and reporting for these programs, ensuring smooth execution and continuous improvement to align with evolving industry needs. You’ll also collaborate with the CEO and Education Manager to plan and execute two annual pop-up events, managing all logistics to ensure their success. Additionally, you’ll provide coordination support for our Annual and Spring Conferences. You’ll travel to attend these events in person, providing on-site support while seeing the direct impact of your efforts come to life.
This dynamic role requires a blend of project management and communication skills, precise attention to detail, and the ability to juggle multiple tasks while maintaining high-quality content delivery. As you grow in the position and with NASP, you’ll have the opportunity to lead committees developing new programs and take increasing ownership of education initiatives.
