With extensive experience in internal talent acquisition and executive search, Julien has a track record of developing deep relationships, improving hiring accuracy, and always focusing on the long-term impact of each hire.
As a highly respected figure in the community, Julien currently serves as Chairman of FAR (formerly the Finance & Administration Roundtable). Julien is also a vice president and member of the French Foreign Trade Advisors board, appointed by the French prime minister. Julien’s most recent role was Senior Director and Consultant, Global Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding for The Pharmaceutical Research and Manufacturers of America (PhRMA) where he was deeply engaged in recruiting executives in every department and career level, leading full cycle recruiting efforts in the US, China, Japan, and the Middle East.
