Prior Human Resources knowledge must include: benefits administration; FMLA, workers' compensation; HR audits; recruiting. The position also includes general administrative responsibilities for the HR team. This position offers excellent exposure to all aspects of the Human Resources field and requires the ability to work closely with other HR team members.  Successful candidate is a highly organized and detail-oriented candidate with excellent communication skills.

Requires strong working knowledge of all pertinent federal and local regulations, filing and compliance requirements (both adopted and pending) affecting employee benefit programs including: ERISA, COBRA, FMLA, ADA, Section 125, Workers Compensation, Medicare, Social Security and DOL requirements. Must have strong proven analytical skills and experience updating and utilizing HRIS, preferably Ceridian products.
